You will leave the first level of The Foundation Program inspired, confident and empowered to strive for your goals and dreams.

The Foundation Program is a group coaching mastermind that is committed to the idea of shifting individuals from the traditional “ME mindset” to “WE” mindset. This 6 month mastermind will meet via Zoom once a month for 90 mins. You will learn to create a new foundation of values, beliefs and boundaries. Each session will come with intentions, distinctions, exercises, assignments and more. With 24-7 daily access and accountability through WhatsApp and Slack you can confidently know you will feel supported and secure in this transformative growth atmosphere.
