When we start off with thinking and feeling gratitude, we feel better about ourselves and our life. Even though it may occur to you that its the absolute worst right now, as they say "some where in the world someone else has it even worse." Honestly, I don't believe in comparing one life to another, because well it doesn't do anything for the mindset, except ignite the "ego". All I know is that when I take moment to reflect on what I'm grateful for I am happier and and more productive in my day.
